Every class is a 40-minute endurance workout designed around HYROX race demands.
Endurance Work
Running, Ski Erg, Rowing, Burpee Board Jumps, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls
Strength Work
Sled Push, Sled Pull, and Farmer’s Carry
Each session combines these elements in different ways—sometimes you’ll focus on pacing and efficiency, other times on raw strength and grit. The balance keeps training fresh while preparing you for the exact challenges you’ll face in HYROX.
