Power Hour is a competition that we host where same-sex teams of 4 will compete against teams across the United States on Saturday, October 25th over 1 hour to complete 12 scored workouts.

YES! The great thing about Power Hour is that your team will have TOTAL control of the strategy as not all athletes are required to compete in every workout. Some workouts are all four athletes, some it’s three, and some it’s one athlete competing at a time.

This competition is perfect for beginnings in CrossFit and the Elite.Your team chooses which workouts to complete as scaled or RX, making it fun and challenging for every member on your team.

Doors Open: at 7:00am

Athlete Check-in: One hour before your heat. Only one athlete needs to be present to check your team in.

Athlete Briefing: will begin 10 minutes BEFORE your heat. 7:50am, 9:20am, 10:50am, 12:20pm, and 1:50pm.

Does it cost money to watch? No. The event is free for spectators.

Dog friendly? Yes.

Kid friendly? Yes.

Drinks for sale? Yes, we will have Water, Noccos, Fuel for Fire, and Barebells for sale.

Vendors? Yes! TBD.

Bathrooms? We have two. One in the lobby, one in the gym space.
