NEXT-GEN is our kids class for ages 5 to 9 years old designed to build strength, speed, and confidence in young athletes. Whether your kid is looking to level up in their sport or just develop lifelong fitness habits, this class focuses on age-appropriate functional movements that translate into everyday life.
We're here to empower the NEXT-GEN to move well, grow strong, and become the best version of themselves.

Friendly Coaches
Our coaches are passionate about fitness and love working with kids. They ensure each class is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to suit all fitness levels. Coach D’erek (Coach D) and Coach Bianca (Coach B) are looking forward to meeting your kiddos!
Engaging Workouts
We offer a wide range of activities to keep every child interested and motivated. From obstacle courses and relay races to engaging workouts, there's something for child who walks through our door.
Social Interaction
Our classes provide a wonderful opportunity for kids to make new friends, learn teamwork, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

A 45 minute workout focused on strength and conditioning. Your child should come prepared with water and workout clothes on. Since our facility is not air conditioned, we recommend a Gatorade, LMNT, or some form of electrolyte in addition to their water.
